Standard Rack Rates - effective 13 February 2010

1 March 2010 - 30 September 2010 (winter season rate)

• Garden Room - R1 170 per room per night
• Deluxe Room - R1 690 per room per night
• Deluxe Honeymoon Room - R2 390 per room per night

1 October 2010 - 30 April 2011 (summer season rate)

• Garden Room - R1 640 per room per night
• Deluxe Room - R2 365 per room per night
• Deluxe Honeymoon Room - R3 065 per room per night

Rates include:

• Bed and breakfast
• 14% VAT
• Bed levy

Rates exclude:

• Bar purchases
• Telephone, fax and Internet usage
• Child-minding services
• Laundry services
• All other services
• All meals – except breakfast
• Gratuities

General notes:

• Check in time is 14h00 and check out time is 10h00.
• The a’ la carte restaurant can be booked at reception at any time.
• Child minders can be arranged for a fee of R60 per hour.
• Please note no children younger than 12 years old are permitted into the dining room at night. A private family table will be set up to allow families to dine together.

Reservation, payment and cancellation policy:

• All reservations are made subject to the terms and conditions of the business:
• Reservations are not secure until the full amount has been paid.
• Payment needs to be made within 48 hours of enquiry
• Enquires dating more than three months in advance need to be confirmed within 45 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings cancelled 45 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Booking cancelled within 14 day of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings will be released automatically and without notification if these conditions are not met.
