GENERAL NOTES
1 Check in time is 14h00 and check out time 10h00.
2 the À la carte restaurant can be booked with reception at any time.
3 Child minders can be arranged for evenings at R60.00 per hour.
4 Please note we do not allow children younger than 12 years of age into the Dining room at night. A private family table will be set up to allow families to dine together.

RESERVATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS CONDITIONS
All reservations are made subject to terms and conditions of business.
1 Reservations are not secure until full amount has been paid.
2 Payment needs to be made within 48 hours of enquiry.
3 Enquires dating more than 3 months in advance need to be made within 45 days prior to arrival.
4 Bookings cancelled 45 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
5 Bookings cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
6 Bookings cancelled 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
7 Booking cancelled within 14 day of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
8 Bookings will be released automatically and without notification if these conditions are not met.
