DAY CONFERENCES:

Daily rate is R 310.00/ person per day
Full Day Conferences: 08h00 to 17h00

To secure one of the venues for your conference a 50% non-refundable deposit is required

WELLNESS CENTRE:
We also have a modern, professionally staffed Wellness Centre providing full beauty therapy and treatments as well as gym facilities.

INTERNET ACCESS:
At Granny Mouse Country House and Spa we have wireless internet access throughout the entire hotel and accommodation. At anytime of the day internet can be accessed. This works off a voucher system and can be arranged separately or included into your conference rate. Please speak to the conference coordinator for which option will suit you best and for more information.

ELECTRICAL: 
Granny Mouse Country House and Spa has a fully automated electrical generator backup. Conference organizers must consider this when choosing a venue due to the ever-increasing possibility of electrical failures.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All times for teas and meals should be organized before you conference to ensure no interruptions.
  • For Prompt lunch service, we request that the delegates make the meal selection during the morning tea or afternoon tea.
  • Drinks are served at an additional cost; please arrange post conference drinks/ sundowners prior.
  • TOMSA levy is not included in the rate.
  • A 10% gratuity on food and drinks is automatically added to the final bill.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation.  The balance is due three days before the conference. 
  • Any additional costs must be settled on departure. 
  • The number of delegates attending must be re-confirmed three days before the conference.
  • Please supply a detailed schedule to ensure the smooth running of your conference. Should times or activities change please provide us with advanced warning so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
  • In your schedule, please allocate at least 1 hour and 30 minutes for your three-course dinner to be served.
  • The Conference building and the hotel rooms are a smoke-free environment. Delegates and guest may smoke in The Mouse and Lion Bar
  • If canceling your booking less than 1 month before the conference, 50% of the full amount will be charged.
  • Please note that should parties or meetings continue after 12pm, R500.00 will be charged per hour thereafter for staff overtime - the Hotel strictly closing at 2am.

TEAM BUILDING:
Granny Mouse has full team building facilities; here we have an experienced and professionally trained team building crew that can offer a variety of activities to suit your corporate needs, from icebreakers to treasure hunts and Amazing Race challenges.  Please ask for us to forward you the various packages and options should you want to do teambuilding. Pricing of such activities vary greatly, so please contact our Conference Coordinator to provide you personalized quotes according to your corporate needs.
