Granny Mouse Country House & Spa is very proud to have won a Diners Club "Diamond" Wine Award for our 2011 Winelist in September 2011.  It was presented in Ballito as one of seven Diamond Awards presented in Kwazulu Natal.  Wtih more than 4000 bottles of South African and international wines resting at controlled temperatures in our underground cellar we are very happy to put together wine tastings and pairings on request. A dining area with seating for 8 provides a quiet venue for private parties, wine tastings and wine & food pairings. Winter cocktails can be enjoyed beside a crackling log fire in a pub overlooking the surrounding hills and river’s edge. 

We invite you to join us for our wine evening hosted by Uva Mira Wine Estate on the 28th February 2012.  We have redesigned our wine evenings based on guest feedback to have two sessions - the early part of the evening includes a tasting with paired canapes and the second part of the evening is a tasting with a paired menu in the Eaves Fine Dining Restaurant.
