Granny Mouse Country House & Spa is very proud to have won a Diners Club "Diamond" Wine Award for our 2011 Winelist in September 2011. It was presented in Ballito as one of seven Diamond Awards presented in Kwazulu Natal. Wtih more than 4000 bottles of South African and international wines resting at controlled temperatures in our underground cellar we are very happy to put together wine tastings and pairings on request. A dining area with seating for 8 provides a quiet venue for private parties, wine tastings and wine & food pairings. Winter cocktails can be enjoyed beside a crackling log fire in a pub overlooking the surrounding hills and river’s edge.

Join us for the Hermanuspietersfontein Wine Evening on the 29th May 2012. The menu has been paired with Sonner Nommer Sauvignon Blanc, Bloos Rose’ (Bordea Varietals), Kleinboet Bordeaux Style Red Blend and Die Martha Rhone Style SMV. Linked to the Wine Evening is an accommodation special to allow couples to escape midweek and not have to drink and drive.
